4. Delivery & Pickup

  • Store Pickup: Customers have the option to pick up orders directly from our store located at Haki Business Centre, Price Road, Nairobi, 2nd Floor, Shop 325.

  • Delivery Services: Deliveries within Nairobi and across Kenya are fulfilled through third-party courier services. Delivery fees and timelines vary depending on the destination and item bulk/weight.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to the customer upon delivery or handover to the carrier/customer.

5. Warranties & Returns

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Applicable electronics and home/kitchen appliances come with manufacturer or store warranties as specified at the time of purchase.

  • Inspection upon Receipt: Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon delivery or collection. Any defect, physical damage, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are subject to evaluation and are only accepted if the product is defective, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
